Temperature Calibrator manufactured by Ace Instruments is a Dry Block Type portable temperature calibrator for calibrating sensors & indicators in the temperature range of +50 Deg. C to +600 Deg. C with an accuracy of +/-0.15 Deg. C . The temperature calibrator has a removable insert in Aluminium Bronze Alloy in which the sensors are inserted. The insert in the temperature calibrator has multiple holes for sensor insertion of varied diameters ( standard 2 provisions of 8.2 mm. Pipes & 2 provisions of 6 mm. Pipes ), customizable to any sizes. The temperature in the dry block is maintained using an imported PID Controller giving it minimum overshoot & quick temperature stability. The Auto Tune PID Controller is extermely easy to use with customer programmable set point across the entire temperature range of +50 Deg. C to +600 Deg. C.
Extremely portable , the temperature calibrator makes calibration of Sensors & indicator/controllers easy on site. Suitable for Calibration Laboratories & comes with calibration certificate traceable to National Standards ( NABL Accredited Laboratory ). Alternatively, calibration can be done at ETDC, Electronics Test & Development Centre, Govt. of India , NABL Calibration Laboratory directly in the name of the customer. Suitable Test RTDs/Thermocouples can also be provided on request. Data Logging System with inbuilt printer for report generation is also available for integration in the Temperature Calibrator.
