Differential Pressure Transmitters manufactured by Ace Instruments are high accuracy differential pressure transmitters with integrated display & 4-20mA Output. The differential pressure transmitter has an optional 4 digit red L.E.D. Display 0.5 inch High with 0.1 decimal resolution. Industry standard 2 Wire 4-20mA Output is available as standard output. Option of 0 -5 Volts or 0-10 V.D.C. Output is also available. Optional communication of RS485 Modbus RTU is also available on the Differential Pressure Transmitter for connection onto BMS & SCADA. Also available optionally are 1 or 2 relay outputs. All standard ranges from -100 to +100 Pascals, 0-5,0-10,0-25,0-50,0-100 mm. W.C. are also available. Higher pressure ranges upto 10,000 mm. W.C. are also available. Differential Pressure Ranges available are from -10.0 to +10.0 mm. W.C./ 0.0 to 10.0 , 20.0, 50.0 , 100.0, 25.0, 500.0, 1000, 2500, 5000 & 10,000 mm.W.C. Instruments are also available in Pascals,In.W.C., cm.W.C. & other engineering units of measurement. Customized Ranges can be accomodated alongwith varied connection options & enclosures on request.
Differential pressure transmitter is available in all 3 versions of differential pressure, gauge pressure & vacuum For gauge pressure & vacuum, option of 1/4 inch B.S.P. Male Threading is available for direct mounting onto system.
Differential Pressure Transmitter finds extensive usage in Pharma Clean Rooms, HVAC Applications, Air Handling Units, Hepa Filters , Filters, pharma machinery, etc. for measuring the differential pressure across 2 points of measurement & taking the analog output to PLC, BMS, SCADA,etc. It is a direct part replacement of Dial Type Magnahelic Gauges. Customized specifications can be integrated as the product is totally indigineous & any application can be easily accomodated for quantity requirement. Differential Pressure Transmitter is also available with 1" or 2" High Displays as a special option for better visibility in stainless steel front plate enclosures for Clean Rooms in Pharma Applications.
